Price & Payment of Goods

All goods are inclusive of VAT.

Payment of goods can be paid via the Pay Pal system. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account, all major credit cards are accepted through their shopping cart option.

Please select the "Don't have a PayPal account? option. Click here" option on the checkout screen. Please ignore the PayPal account holders login directly above it.  You will then be prompted to enter your postage, card and billing details, then simply click on the"Continue Checkout" button. Review your order to confirm the total credit/debit card charge, please then click on the pay button.

We also accept phone orders, please call +44 7956 148 281 for this process.

We also accept cheques or postal orders, made out to ChicaGordita Ltd. Please send them to the below address. Please can you write your cheque guarantee number on the back of the cheque, along with the expiry date, your full name and postal address.

Please note cheques will take 4-5 working days for clearance, only then will your order be dispached.

Delivery & Carriage Charges

We will send you a confirmation as soon as we receive your order. All goods will be sent via Royal Mail. Please allow between 3-5 working days after your order has been placed.

Delivery Prices - Order Value Up to £100.00 - £4.00 delivery cost - First Class Delivery
                           Free Delivery for purchases above £100.00
                           

Goods shipped outside of the UK, will be subject to different delivery costs. Please can you call us if you wish to place an order outside of the UK.


Refunds & Returns

ChicaGordita Ltd. strive to deliver goods of the highest quality and we will provide a 7 day return policy, if you are unhappy with your purchase. We would also suggest that you send the item back via recorded delivery, as we will not accept responsiblity if the parcel is lost in transit. Please include your name, postal address and order number.
 
If one of our products is faulty, in accordance with The Sale of Goods Act 1979, and The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982
 a full refund or exchange will be provided.
Please send the item back to our sales address, with a self addressed envelope and a full refund or exchange will be sent within 28 days.
